Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom printed transfers and gang sheet orders may require additional processing time depending on order volume and artwork readiness.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Orders ship for a flat rate of $10.00 via USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States.

Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.
Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers near our store location. When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to USPS, it is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. We will assist however possible, but delivery issues must be handled through USPS.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist with a claim or replacement.


Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom printed items, including DTF, UV DTF, and sublimation transfers, are produced to order and are not eligible for return or exchange once printed.
